Where do guests park?
Self-parking is available behind the building (everywhere the signs say “Faber Properties”), and valet is available upon request for private events. Mt. Lookout Square also provides metered parking along the street and there is a metered parking lot in the center of the square.
What kind of events does The Redmoor host?
The Redmoor hosts weddings and receptions, corporate events, public concerts, holiday parties, fundraisers, reunions, birthday parties, or any type of special event.
When is The Redmoor open to the public?
Times vary to accommodate private events. Please check our calendar to determine when we are open for concerts and events.
What is the venue capacity?
Seating capacity is 225 and room capacity is 300.

How do I purchase a table for a concert?
We offer tables for 2, 4, 6, or 8 guests. You purchase on table ticket that admits all of the guests. Our door person will check everyone in with their last name. If you have a specific request for a custom table size or larger party please email info@theredmoor.com.
What does the rental fee for private events include?
The room fee includes full use of bar and dining areas; private room for dressing or meeting; and an extensive list of custom amenities.
What form of payments are accepted to rent the venue?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment.
What size are the tables?
The Redmoor has banquette and table seating which allows for customized floor plans to accomodate your unique event.
Who will be on-site to assist me with my event?
The Redmoor is an owner-operated wedding and live event venue. One of the two owners is always available to assist you throughout the duration of the event.
How large is the venue dance floor?
Our spacious dance floor is large enough to accommodate roughly 100 people.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, there are no steps throughout the entrance, restrooms, bar, dining area, and dance floor.
Do you provide audio/visual equipment?
Yes, prices vary based on equipment needed.
What type of sound system and lighting does the venue have?
The Redmoor is pleased to provide a state of the art sound system and sound engineer. Call 513-871-6789 for rates.
Are linens provided?
The Redmoor provides customized linens for your special event.
How much is the security deposit and when is it required?
The deposit required to reserve the entire room is $1000.00, due the day it is reserved with a signed contract.
Is the security deposit refundable?
The deposit is not refundable.
